  • Endemic with Human T Cell Leukemia Virus Type I (HTLV-I)
Clinical presentations
  • Wide spread lymph node and peripheral blood involvement

  • Human T cell leukemia virus
  • Viral protein (Tax) activates NF-kB
Key Laboratory findings
  • Hypercalcemia due to increased osteoclastic activity
Key morphological features
Markers
  • Positive: CD3, CD4
  • Negative: CD30, ALK
