- Morphology/immunohistochemistry

- Radiology: Invasion, bone destruction
- Microscopic: Pleomorphism, necrosis, invasive growth
Classifications
- Hematopoietic:
- Bone forming
- Cartilage forming
Chondroblastoma
Chondromyxoid fibroma
- Unknown origin
Adamantinoma
- Notochordal: Chordoma
- Tumor of joints: Tenosynovial giant cell tumor
Tumor like lesions of bone and joint
