General features
- Rare, most commonly benign
- Seen in all ages
- Clinical presentations associated with mass effect, local invasion, embolization, or constitutional symptoms
- Most common tumor: Myxoma, followed by papillary fibroelastoma, rhabdomyoma, etc
- Most common malignant tumor: angiosarcomas, followed by rhabdomyosarcomas, mesotheliomas, fibrosarcomas or other sarcomas
Benign tumors of heart
- Lipoma
- Fibroma
- Hemangioma
- AV nodal tumor
Malignant tumors of heart
- Angiosarcoma
- Metastatic tumors: Extremely rare
Vascular tumors and tumor like lesions
- Hemangioma
- Hemangioblastoma
- Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma
- Glomus tumor
- Angiosarcoma
- Kaposi sarcoma
- Tumor like lesions
