General features
- Rare, extranodal lymphoma
- Highly aggressive
- Express CD56 if NK cells
- CD56 positive in some cases of T cell lineage
- Positive for EBV in all cases
Clinical presentations
- Most common site: Upper aerodigestive tract
- Rapidly growing mass
- Vascular damage and destruction
- Prominent necrosis
