General features
- AKA lobular capillary hemangioma
- Benign, may regress
- May be associated with trauma
- If during pregnancy: granuloma gravidarum, regress after delivery
Clinical presentations
- Rapidly growing, exophytic red nodule, attached by a stalk to skin or gingival mucosa
- Bleeds easily
- May have erosion (raising concerns of malignancy)
Morphological features
- Lobular capillary type vascular growth with fibrous septa
- Variable inflammation and edema
Management
- Surgery
- Follow up
