  • Commonly incidental finding
  • May present as mass
  • Calcification or hemorrhage may occur
Clinical features
  • Commonly asymptomatic
  • Hemorrhagic cysts: Acute flank pain
Pathological findings
Diagnosis
  • Radiologic studies: Sonography, CT, MRI
Management
  • Percutaneous aspiration
  • Continuous negative-pressure catheter drainage
  • Sclerotherapy
