  • Mid age or older
  • Chronic lymphocyte mediated
  • May occur anywhere
  • Risk factor for squamous cell carcinoma

Management
  • Topical super-potent corticosteroids
  • Calcineurin inhibitors, tacrolimus and pimecrolimus
  • Oral or topical retinoids
  • Surveillance for squamous cell carcinoma
  • Biopsy recommended to rule out squamous cell carcinoma
