General features
- Malignant tumor with glandular differentiation
- Diagnosed if pure adenocarcinomas
- More common in men, mean age 68
- Usually lateral wall or trigone
Risk factors
- Intestinal metaplasia
- Chronic irritation of bladder

- Painless hematuria
- Irritative voiding syndrome
