General features

• Most commonly seen in lower eyelids of women
• Probably derive from sweat duct ridge

Clinical features

• Multiple, small, yellow papule

Pathological features

• Small tadpole shaped ducts in a sclerotic stroma

Management

• Electrosurgery
• Laser
