General features
  • Usually are bilateral, small, multinodular surface tumors
  • Extensive extraovarian spread
  • Most common metastases are from endometrium, appendix (adenocarcinoid or mucinous adenocarcinoma), breast, colon, carcinoid, pancreas and stomach
  • Diagnosis depends on histology and immunohistochemistry studies
  • Usually NEGATIVE for CA125 and WT1
