General features
- Gastrinoma
- Tumor of G-cell (more commonly in pyloric glands, occasionally in pancreas)
- Functionally active and usually malignant
- Either sporadic non-familial with ZES (more common) or familial with ZES in the setting of MEN1
Clinical presentations
- Symptoms associated with inappropriate secretion of gastrin and subsequent gastric acid overproduction
- Ulcers in duodenum/jejunum and stomach
- Gastric gland hyperplasia
- Diarrhea

- Surgery
- H2 blockers
