General features
  • Associated with various conditions, including Klinefelter syndrome, testicular regression syndrome, vasectomy, etc
Testicular regression syndrome
  • Possibly due to testicular infarct
  • May be seen in cryptorchidism
  • Testicular tissue replaced by fibrovascular nodule, calcification
  • Rudimentary epididymis and spermatic cord with vas deferens
