General features
- Associated with various conditions, including Klinefelter syndrome, testicular regression syndrome, vasectomy, etc
Testicular regression syndrome
- Possibly due to testicular infarct
- May be seen in cryptorchidism
- Testicular tissue replaced by fibrovascular nodule, calcification
- Rudimentary epididymis and spermatic cord with vas deferens
