  • Small cyst-like lesion near joints, tendons
  • Very common
Clinical presentations
  • Likely asymptomatic
  • Pain or swelling
  • Limited activity
Pathogenesis
  • Mucoid degeneration of joint capsule, tendon or tendon sheath
Pathological features
  • Mucus filled cystic lesion 
  • No epithelial lining
Treatment
  • Surgery
