  • Cardia, fundus, body, pylorus
  • Cardiac/fundal/body mucosa: Parietal cells (produce acid),  chief cells (pepsinogen and chymosin)
  • Pylorus mucosa: Predominantly mucinous cells, scattered endocrine cells
  • No goblet cell in normal condition
